About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to enhance our global HR strategy and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on talent management and people development
  • Oversee global HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and operational effectiveness
  • Design and execute innovative talent management strategies that support organizational growth and employee development
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders and executives to drive HR initiatives
  • Apply best practices in HR, leveraging industry insights to create and implement cutting-edge HR solutions
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in HR within a complex, high-industrial setting or similar NDA business
  • Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
  • Strong operational HR background with expertise in talent management and strategic HR functions
  • French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a complex organizational structure and develop innovative HR practices
