Accor Reservations Coordinator Job Description
The Reservations Department at Accor is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Reservations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review reservations made each day, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process special billing requests and ensure timely communication with guests.
- Monitor room inventory and notify the Reservations Manager of any changes.
- Run daily reports and complete shift task lists.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a reservations agent or 2 years in a customer service position.
- Experience in hospitality with an understanding of operations.
- Opera experience preferred.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to upsell hotel products and services.
