Job Description

This role will allow you to develop your analytical, technical, and soft skills within a global/international environment. It is an opportunity to better understand executive level consulting and contribute to the development of business expertise in international recruitment and business consulting.

As a Market Intelligence and Business Development Associate, you will participate in a wide variety of strategic and operational projects to improve the competitive business models. You will analyze markets/sectors and present to consultants regarding their communication with the clients. You will build market intelligence on missions and business development related topics, and help in driving, planning, and organizing strategic projects.

You will also work on transversal projects as an International Recruitment Specialist, identifying and approaching potential candidates, analyzing and evaluating candidates' qualifications, and performing phone interviews with best practices. You will present top-notch candidates for our consultants and manage the full cycle from creative sourcing to complete closing.

Your ability to integrate our methodology, combined with your results, will allow us to consider an evolution towards a permanent position.

Requirements
  • You're a student in BAC + 4/5 business school or university.
  • Internship of 6 months duration for a gap year or end of the study.
  • We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, rigorous, supportive, sensitive to business & international environments, and adaptability to manage a multitude of varied subjects.
  • English is second nature to you.
  • You are an autonomous, team player, solution/result-oriented, entrepreneurial, creative.
  • You are open to the possibility of a full-time position in executive recruitment upon the completion of your stage.
