Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the biopharma market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including biopharma companies, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, commercial, and regulatory, to drive business growth and development.
- Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the biopharma industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including biopharma companies, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions.
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA or Ph.D., in a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the biopharma industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
