Intern - Business Analyst Assistant (M/F) Fragrance Beauty Europe

Within the European Operations Division, you will join the sales forecasting team for Fragrance Beauty. This team's mission is to ensure accurate demand expression across Europe and optimize stock distribution for product launches, combining local market business expertise with product sensitivity to determine production needs.
At the intersection of marketing, finance, and supply chain, the analytical skills of the regional forecaster for Fragrance Beauty support the business strategy of the markets, identifying opportunities and risks to maximize European performance. Reporting to a forecaster, you will assist in daily tasks.

This versatile internship will allow you to develop analytical skills and product knowledge:
You will contribute to the sales forecasting for a market across the entire Fragrance Beauty catalog:
- Preparation and facilitation of monthly adjustment meetings for forecasts (across three categories: Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare), collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams from various markets.
- Management of stock allocation to European markets in case of shortages across the three categories.
- Review and optimization of existing reporting processes, along with recommendations for improvements.
You will participate in constructing estimates for future product launches in one category:
- Establishing guidelines for forecasting upcoming launches in collaboration with regional Marketing.
- Monitoring and evaluating launched campaigns.
- Reassessing market forecasts for upcoming launches.
To ensure the right product is available at the right time and place, we connect various stakeholders within the European region.

What you will bring:
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (BAC +4 / BAC +5) in business school, engineering, or a master's program, with a strong affinity for numbers.
- You have already gained significant experience in an analytical role within a company.
- You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, along with a critical mindset.
- You are proficient with office tools, particularly Excel.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills (strong verbal communication), you are recognized for your rigor and organizational abilities and can propose innovative ideas.
- A passion for the cosmetics industry is a plus.
- You are bilingual in English and fluent in French.
