We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipelines through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organisations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development within an enterprise software environment
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
