Darphin Paris seeks a passionate and experienced Global Store Design & VM Senior Manager to elevate our brand presence across retail locations worldwide.
As a key driver of creative excellence, you will partner with Global Creative Directors to develop and execute compelling store designs and visual merchandising strategies that align with our luxury skincare heritage and resonate with discerning consumers.
Your Role: A Brand Builder & Strategic Thinker
- Collaborate closely with Global Creative Directors to conceptualize and implement impactful in-store experiences that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all retail channels, from flagship stores to pop-up events.
- Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify consumer preferences and industry best practices in retail marketing.
- Develop innovative store design concepts that align with functional needs and business objectives, considering regional nuances and constraints.
A Creative Collaborator & Visionary Leader
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing teams to create captivating events and activations within retail spaces that amplify brand storytelling and generate excitement.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure seamless execution of design visions, leveraging your expertise in 3D modeling, planograms, and visual merchandising schemes.
- Foster strong relationships with regional teams and agency partners to drive successful implementation of global store design concepts across diverse markets.
Your Expertise: A Blend of Creativity & Business Acumen
- 10+ years of proven experience in Store Design & Visual Merchandising within the luxury beauty industry.
- Exceptional visual awareness, creative flair, and a passion for innovation in retail design.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate market trends into actionable design solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software.
- A deep understanding of both online and offline retail experiences and a commitment to creating immersive brand journeys for customers.
