About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Designer to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing store designs that reflect our brand's luxury image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing store projects for the EMEA region, ensuring a cohesive and engaging retail experience.
  • Adapting and applying global design concepts to regional needs, while maintaining our brand's unique identity.
  • Providing rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Following up on store design projects, including budget and supplier support, to ensure timely completion.
  • Developing and improving the store design brand image in the region, aligning with our global strategy.
  • Creating and realizing relevant and complete guidelines for regional Store Design and Visual Merchandising.
  • Supporting the implementation and development of permanent Visual Merchandising.
  • Creating planograms according to global and regional marketing plans, ensuring a cohesive retail experience.
  • Designing specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations, showcasing our brand's creativity.
  • Making surveys and analyzing SD/VM competitive advantages, driving business growth.
  • Building close relationships with regional stakeholders, affiliates, and internal teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Ensuring constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication, driving efficiency.

Requirements

  • Interior design diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Wide knowledge of the luxury cosmetics industry and relevant retail channels.

Competencies and Success Factors

  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
