About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Service Manager to join our team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and coordinate security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business continuity plans and emergency response procedures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and security best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and security programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
