About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and support a team dedicated to enhancing and evolving our Central Reservation System platform.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining and Executing Product Vision and Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Source and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers to drive continuous business impact.
- Conduct customer research to inform product features and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Development
- Oversee the creation of business requirements for product development, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive technical projects and prioritize features effectively.
- Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with development efforts.
- Product Management Organization
- Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance and motivation.
- Build a cohesive product management organization, focusing on common goals and day-to-day execution.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Gather and prioritize market and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with solution and R&D teams to achieve business case objectives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 10 years of experience in a multinational management or product area, with product management and hotel industry experience.
- Experience in team and product management.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Profound knowledge of the hospitality industry, including providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, and strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and concepts, including Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
