We are seeking a highly skilled External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage regional sales managers to achieve sales targets
- Analyze customer data to develop personalized action plans
- Support sales advisors in customer contacts to ensure target achievement
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting
- Proven track record in sales and significant management experience
- Comfortable communicating in English and participating in working meetings
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a human-scale organization
