External Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Manager to join our team in France (North). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the external sales team in the North of France, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for your area.
- Manage regional sales managers, contributing to the development of sales and business growth.
- Analyze customer data and support sales advisors in developing personalized action plans to achieve targets.
- Facilitate change by preparing teams for the integration of new product ranges.
- Travel daily, including overnight trips, to meet with customers and sales teams.
