Job Title: External Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the external sales team in the North region, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to set targets and develop reporting strategies.
  • Manage regional sales managers to drive sales growth and development.
  • Analyze customer data to support the External Sales Advisors in developing personalized action plans.
  • Facilitate change by preparing teams for the integration of new product ranges.
  • Travel regularly, including overnight trips, to meet with customers and sales teams.
