External Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the external sales team in the North region, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to set targets and develop reporting strategies.
- Manage regional sales managers to drive sales growth and development.
- Analyze customer data to support the External Sales Advisors in developing personalized action plans.
- Facilitate change by preparing teams for the integration of new product ranges.
- Travel regularly, including overnight trips, to meet with customers and sales teams.
