We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the post-sales lifecycle of our users, ensuring their complete satisfaction and maximum value from our products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on priorities, optimize opportunities, and review services satisfaction.
- Identify product expansion opportunities and advocate for the customer within our organization.
- Drive overall account health, including performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals, and growth.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (other languages are an asset).
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success or a similar field.
- Sophisticated business acumen and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our user's businesses.
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
- Executive presence and presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
- Flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly.
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
