Marketing Manager France

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to shape the marketing strategies for our Institutional Division in France. This role is tailored for a results-driven professional eager to drive excellence and innovation within key segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the French market, ensuring alignment with European strategies and local priorities.
  • Drive marketing communication efforts to enhance brand perception and customer engagement, ensuring the execution of marketing activities is of the highest quality.
  • Oversee the launch and implementation of innovations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and achieving country targets on innovation sales.
  • Serve as an ambassador in sustainability, integrating sustainable practices into marketing strategies and communications, and promoting Ecolab's commitment to environmental stewardship.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and sales relationships, capturing relevant insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of professional experience or master's degree with five to six years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in developing marketing strategies and communication plans, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
  • High competence in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive communication, and the ability to influence and drive the organization.
