HR Assistant/Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As an HR and Office Support professional, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting the Human Resources Manager in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Assist the Human Resources Manager in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintenance of personal records.
- Office Management: Maintain the condition of the office, arrange for necessary repairs, and manage office supplies.
- Administrative Tasks: Organize employee gifts and awards, maintain preferred suppliers for accommodation and travel, and contribute to CSR events.
Requirements:
- First experience in an equivalent position or newly qualified graduates with less than three years' professional experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, and strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, with the ability to work independently and well within a team.
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract with the possibility of working remotely by prior arrangement.
- Fixed salary from 27,500€ to 32,000€.
