Job Title: HR Assistant/Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As an HR Assistant/Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Office Management: Maintain the condition of the office, arrange for necessary repairs, and organize office supplies.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Maintain preferred suppliers for accommodation and travel.
  • Employee Events: Organize employee gifts and awards, and employee events such as quarterly and annual events.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluency in English and French.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €27,500 - €32,000 per year.
