Senior Business Development Manager

At AlixPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development and Marketing Professional to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a central role in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies across the Retail, Consumer Products, Travel, Hospitality, and Leisure industry groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop close working relationships with Partner Managing Directors and Partners within the Consumer cluster to refine and implement business plans.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence Centre team to ensure systematic delivery of market intelligence and AlixPartners successes.
- Create targeted business development and marketing activity plans to achieve financial, client, and marketing positioning objectives.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Commercial Director, EMEA Business Development Director, and other Industry and Service Line Business Development professionals to ensure aligned plans across ISLs and geographies.
- Deliver regular reporting to EMEA leadership and Partner Managing Directors on sales pipeline and client account performance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Commercially astute with a strong track record in supporting client-facing teams to grow revenue through expanding existing clients and gaining new accounts.
- Experience of working in a multi-country matrix environment.
