Job Summary
We are a highly motivated and international team that speaks the language of mutual support and professional excellence. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner with product and tech leaders to help build effective organizations and drive team and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and enable domain leadership and their teams on a diverse range of people topics, including workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent review, and succession planning.
- Participate in change initiatives on a group level and drive change on a domain level.
- Generate insights from data to inform the people agenda and leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improving local and global HR policies and processes.
- Liaise with Business Partners and local experts to ensure compliance and solutions conform with local regulations.
- In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team, align hiring plans and drive opportunities for internal mobility.
- Facilitate team sessions regarding AVIV's engagement survey and work with leaders on measurable action planning.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an experienced HR manager or HR Business Partner in a tech-enabled business at a matrixed international company, Europe or EMEA region.
- Good understanding of product and technology functions, typical challenges in this area, talent profiles, and how to influence tech leaders.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills, tact, and empathy, comfortable working with leaders across all levels.
- Analytical thinking and generating insights from data comes easy, with the ability to visualize data for presentation and quick understanding.
- Excellent knowledge of French labor law, works council, social security law, and a plus if you know the basics of German and Belgium regulations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Hybrid policy with regular office meetings, thus comfortable working from the office 3-4 days per week.
