Role: Senior Sales Executive - Environmental, Social & Governance Solutions
Location: Remote, USA

The Senior Sales Executive is tasked with driving new business and expanding customer relationships by engaging with Executive-level decision-makers in both private and publicly traded enterprises.

This role emphasizes solution-oriented sales, focusing on a defined portfolio of Workiva offerings while collaborating with various sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Success in this position is achieved through acquiring new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities in conjunction with peer sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize insights gathered during the needs assessment phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform.
  • Guide the sales process effectively, showcasing Workiva's unique value proposition to facilitate a successful close.
  • Provide accurate and consistent forecasts through thorough pipeline analysis.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with targeted actions to secure sales.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Workiva products through continuous training and a commitment to professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, particularly in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
  • Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate intricate software applications.
  • Experience in navigating and achieving sales success within large enterprise organizations.
  • Possess executive presence and the capability to communicate effectively at senior levels.
  • Ability to discern and leverage the influence of key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proficient in managing multiple complex sales processes concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quota targets.
Travel and Work Environment

Reliable internet access is essential for remote work. This position is eligible for commission based on sales performance and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match.
