The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our senior event project managers to coordinate and execute event projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on customer event requests from the sourcing, selecting the proper event service vendors, budgeting and tailoring customer proposals
  • Assist our senior event project managers on more complex event projects - get the opportunity to become gradually more autonomous and build relationships with our customers
  • Previous experience in the event management industry is mandatory - an international experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement with a Paris hub where you are welcome to come work with the team
