A Career-Changing Opportunity
As a Senior Employment Lawyer at Ubisoft, you will be part of our legal teams providing innovative solutions to various stakeholders while adopting an operational prism. You will work closely with top management, HR, and Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility teams, offering expert advice while respecting our culture and values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising and supporting teams on various legal subjects, often unconventional and disruptive, with significant multicultural implications;
- Participating in the definition, implementation, and support of HR projects at Group level, harmonizing and developing practices and policies on compensation, benefits, intra-group mobility, recruitment procedures, and career management;
- Providing advice on staff representation bodies and trade unions at international level; and
- Daily collaboration with operational teams on social law implications of innovative projects, considering local legal and cultural specificities.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A solid experience in similar positions in international contexts and at least one significant experience within an international company;
- A strong legal education in social law and a curious approach to foreign legislations and HR practices;
- Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to develop positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels and internationally;
- Precise legal analysis skills and excellent writing abilities;
- The ability to solve problems based on risk analysis and adaptability;
- A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, as you will interact with English-speaking colleagues.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including profit sharing, a yearly company saving plan, 25 paid time off days, 12 additional paid days off, 50% Navigo pass reimbursement, lunch vouchers, healthcare for you and your family, and more.
