Your Role as Customer Success Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist at La Compagnie des Toits, you will play a vital role in driving the commercial growth of our agency. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term success. Your primary focus will be on building strong partnerships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new B2B clients through phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and challenges.
- Present our comprehensive range of roofing services, highlighting the value proposition for each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through ongoing prospecting and relationship building.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
