We are currently seeking a talented Field Sales Manager to represent our client, William Grant & Sons, a major player in the beverages sector. This permanent position will focus on the Hospitality & Catering Industry in Paris.
Your RoleReporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and prospecting within the designated commercial policy and allocated resources/budgets;
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients and prospects across various types of businesses, including Wine Merchants, Hospitality establishments, and Wholesalers;
- Negotiating locally with buyers and key influencers;
- Formalizing commercial agreements and conducting quarterly reviews with each client;
- Listing the portfolio according to the defined assortment plan for each retailer;
- Achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned HORECA universe;
- Regularly visiting customers to ensure optimal coverage of the sector;
- Conducting competitive intelligence;
- Providing regular reports on activities using CRM software (customer relationship management).
