  • Position: Housing Services Coordinator
  • Contract Type: Temporary maternity leave cover
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee social housing services tailored for young individuals
    • Manage resident documentation from application to independent living
    • Lead and supervise the social and housing team
    • Facilitate housing allocations and address housing demand
    • Offer support and guidance to residents
    • Coordinate the transition process to independent living
  • Essential Skills:
    • Collaborative team player
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in digital tools and office applications
    • Understanding of housing management
    • Experience in team leadership and scheduling
    • Ability to connect with young individuals
    • Familiarity with social and professional integration resources
