About the Role
L'Union sociale pour l'habitat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the autonomous management of a residential area, which may include social housing and/or worker's hostels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential area, ensuring its financial stability and smooth functioning.
- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming residents, identifying their needs, and guiding them through administrative procedures.
- Optimize the occupancy of the site and actively participate in the resident's journey.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the site's financial performance and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with the Social Insertion Manager to implement social housing management strategies.
- Ensure a high level of service quality, working closely with the maintenance team and promoting a positive living environment.
- Coordinate the intervention of various service providers on the site and maintain a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Ensure the safety of property and individuals.
Requirements
- Hold a Bac+2 degree in a relevant field, such as Real Estate, Social Economy, or Management.
- Have significant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of regulatory aspects related to social housing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (an asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
