ENGIE is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as an Operational Performance Support Specialist within the Digital Workplace division.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services provided to ENGIE Group users. This includes workstations, messaging systems, smartphones, helpdesk support, and on-site assistance.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing user experience through data-driven insights and process optimization.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: You will leverage your expertise in Power BI to manage and analyze operational data, creating insightful dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential areas for improvement.
