Business Development Specialist

This position reports to the Sales Manager and contributes to the growth of our market share through business development and strategic marketing actions on our automation and digitalization solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Identifying customers and partners to be visited by the sales team
- Defining value propositions for our automation and digitalization solutions
- Participating in customer visits and coordinating demonstrations
- Internal and competitive technology watch to adjust business development strategies
Qualifications include a Master's degree in business or engineering, at least 5 years' experience in business development or strategic marketing, and strong analytical, teaching, and communication skills.
