As an Account Executive, Enterprise, you will play a critical role in driving Stripe's growth by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand business with upper middle market and enterprise companies.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, leveraging your expertise in financial services and technology to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CTOs, COOs, and CFOs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies, drive product innovation, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Deep understanding of financial services, technology, and business operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and French, with strong presentation and written communication skills.

What We Offer

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of €174,800 - €262,200, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, company bonus, sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
