Unlock New Opportunities as an Enterprise Sales Executive

At Aplo, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth and expansion across our EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for acquiring new Enterprise Customers across multiple verticals and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dynamically source and develop qualified opportunities to secure new logos through outbound sales efforts
  • Deliver engaging, ROI-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person to prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders within Forbes 2000 companies
  • Collaborate with internal teams in marketing and inside sales to create strategy, messaging, and sales collateral tailored for your portfolio and geography
  • Contribute to Go-to-Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth across your portfolio and geography
  • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks to deliver reliable forecasts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise/cloud software sales experience, selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
  • At least 2 years of sales closing experience
  • Previous experience selling enterprise HR-related solutions to multi-national companies, headquartered in Northern Europe, especially in Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands
  • Fluency in English and French
