Mission- Gérer et diriger plusieurs projets complexes en project & cost management depuis la phase de planification jusqu'à la livraison finale;
- Élaborer des « Project Exécution Plan » de projet détaillés, y compris des calendriers, des budgets et des ressources nécessaires;
- Superviser et coordonner les activités des membres des équipes projet;
- Veiller à ce que les normes de qualité et de sécurité soient respectées tout au long du projet;
- Participer à définir des solutions durables pour assurer la performance environnementale des projets de nos clients;
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs attentes, et assurer leur satisfaction tout au long du projet;
- Assurer le suivi régulier de l'avancement du projet et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire pour respecter les délais et les budgets;
- Gérer les risques et les problèmes potentiels du projet de manière proactive, en proposant des solutions et des alternatives lorsque cela est nécessaire;
- Assurer la gestion contractuelle de nos missions avec nos clients;
- Développer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'efficacité de nos équipes dans la réalisation de nos missions.
- Expérience significative (minimum 15 ans) dans la gestion de projets en Project & Cost Management pour des clients investisseurs ou utilisateurs internationaux;
- Expérience de réalisation de projets de différents types, mais comprenant nécessairement une expérience confirmée dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie;
- Solides compétences en direction de projet, y compris la planification, la budgétisation, la gestion des risques et la résolution de problèmes;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et des clients;
- Volonté de développer et de proposer des solutions durables pour aider nos clients à réaliser des projets vertueux;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral;
- Attitude flexible et collaborative;
- Faire preuve de leadership;
- Capacité à devenir la personne de confiance de nos clients;
- Capacité d'écoute et sens commercial pour comprendre les besoins de nos clients et proposer des solutions;
- Excellent sens de l'organisation;
- Rigueur, souci du détail;
- Approche proactive – capacité à anticiper les risques;
- Expérience dans la négociation de contrats et dans la gestion contractuelle;
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des responsabilités;
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'établissement des priorités et d'autogestion et capacité de travailler dans un environnement soumis à une forte pression;
- Une connaissance approfondie des différents processus de construction.
