Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Director to join our team. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a seamless People Strategy and OKRs, supporting the employee lifecycle and a great employee experience at Stuart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy and OKRs.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with members of the Work Councils in France and Spain.
  • Provide expert advice on high-risk employee relation matters and change management processes.
  • Accountable for the COE's of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Reward, Payroll and Workplace within the People team function.
  • Work with the COE's of the People function to ensure key large-scale HR projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Creation of robust processes and procedures across the operating countries.
  • Implement agile practices and utilize data to create positive changes to the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a TECH-based company.
  • Experience of managing and mentoring HR professionals/People Leadership team across different European countries.
  • High-level senior HR Generalist experience and comfortable working across a broad HR spectrum.
  • Suitably qualified in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • General employment law knowledge of France, UK, Spain and ability to apply new knowledge to working practices and ER-related scenarios.
  • People Champion - someone who is people-oriented with a high level of empathy, passionate about fostering an inclusive culture within Stuart and celebrating individuality within teams.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, open to change and adaptation, flexible.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with the senior management team, including that of the C-suite with a commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French.
