About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Campaigns Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop tailored CRM campaigns to support engagement and loyalty initiatives, making a tangible impact on our business's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement and loyalty, leveraging the Deezer product and its music content.
- Work closely with different teams across the organization to ensure the successful execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with company objectives.
- Be data-driven: Implement test and learn strategies to continuously improve campaigns' performance.
- Monitor, analyze and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organization.
- Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix.
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for customers, a data-driven approach, and a creative mindset, with experience in project management.
- A real team player spirit, someone who enjoys working within an international team.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze). Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry is a plus.
