Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join our team in helping us deliver complex, high-value projects in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project controls coordination, risk management, and reporting, with experience in large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project controls processes, templates, and tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Provide expert advice on project controls best practices and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement change management processes to ensure effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards to ensure effective project monitoring and control.
Requirements
- Experience in project controls coordination in all phases of the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting.
- Strong background in risk management and reporting.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
