About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the building automation sector. You will work closely with our team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Completed degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, or business administration
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
