Job Description:

Solution Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business representatives and technical teams at SCOR. This position involves analyzing, defining, and documenting technical requirements to meet business needs.

The Data Integration Platform (DIP) is a key component of SCOR's Finance crew, hosting finance data and operations for all SCOR businesses. As a DIP Finance Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of developments and making informed decisions based on expertise within the Squad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage service, security, performance KPIs, and ensure systems availability and quality of service.
  • Ensure the technical consistency and integration of the solution with the IT landscape.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in the solution from a technical and cost-efficiency perspective.
  • Design and propose solutions, validate technological specifications, and oversee developments.
  • Provide functional support for the solution and act as a Business Owner deputy.

Requirements:

  • 7-8+ years of project management experience in software development lifecycle on systems supporting business initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Client-oriented and engaged to meet challenging deadlines.

  • Technical/Professional Knowledge: keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • Project Management: significant experience/skills in Agile project management.
  • Team Player: open-minded, contributing efficiently to teamwork, listening, and proposing ideas.

  • Open Mindedness: interested in projects and business activities beyond direct responsibility.

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital applications.
  • Skills in working with relational SQL databases.
  • Full proficiency in English (written, spoken).

Required Education:

  • BA/MD technical degree in information services management, computer science, applied mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
