At Shift Technology, we're revolutionizing the insurance industry with AI-powered products that have already benefited over 300 million policyholders worldwide. As a Technology/Core Systems Partner Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our business and expanding our presence across key lines of business and offerings.

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with North American Tech firms, including Salesforce, Microsoft, and Guidewire, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Align with partners on annual business plans, complete Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and agree on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Ensure partners are enabled on all Shift solutions, both at sales and technical levels, and build joint Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with partners at the executive level, structure, negotiate, and sign new partnership agreements, and enable partners' go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the strategy and process of baking Shift Technology products into core systems partners' service offerings and maintain a partner scorecard to communicate effectiveness and quality to the leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and pipeline creation targets in large Enterprise Sales settings, ideally at global B2B SaaS companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make complex things feel simple.
  • Strong ability to network, hunt for, and manage senior executive relationships.
  • Minimum 5 years of managing relationships with SI or ISV partners and sales experience: 3 years minimum in IT, with 3 years minimum in a partnerships or channel management role.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience, and professional proficiency in English.
