International Partnerships Manager

For over five decades, Admical has been a steadfast supporter of young people worldwide, particularly those affected by conflict, natural disasters, poverty, and exploitation. As our International Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our organization's resources and promoting human rights globally.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing a prospecting strategy with the French private sector and major sports players, overseeing its implementation, and building new strategic partnerships and sponsorships. You will work closely with our team to create tailored partnership offers that align with our programmatic needs and the strategies of target companies.
Key responsibilities include identifying key individuals in the prospect's senior management, recommending engagement plans, and ensuring all validation steps are completed and approved before launching new partnerships. You will also collaborate with our legal teams to negotiate and formalize partnership terms.
As a team leader, you will allocate prospect portfolios, define objectives and roles within the team, and provide support to each member.
This role requires a minimum of five years' experience in the private sector, particularly with large corporations, and a proven track record of high-level negotiations. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be fluent in French and English, and be able to lead workshops and presentations in both languages.
This is a Paris-located position with potential for international travel.
