About the Role

Bigblue is seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to accelerate its growth by building and nurturing a network of partners to generate new opportunities and speed up deal closures.

This is a pivotal role in driving Bigblue's expansion through strategic partnerships with development agencies, marketing agencies, SaaS tools, and consulting experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partner relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales.
  • Represent Bigblue within the wider e-commerce ecosystem to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the International Partnerships Team to share best practices and drive growth across regions.
  • Support the Marketing & Events Team in planning and executing community events focused on key e-commerce topics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of indirect channel sales/partnerships management or complex sales experience.
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to negotiate with market leaders and create long-lasting relationships.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of overachieving sales objectives.
  • Highly autonomous and reliable with excellent situational intelligence.
  • Proficient in English with a passion for e-commerce.
