Internship Duration: This internship spans 6 months and offers an invaluable opportunity to immerse yourself in a thriving culture while learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to the Human Resources Team on employment law matters across various jurisdictions.
- Assist the Legal team with pre-litigation and employment litigation issues.
- Conduct analyses on the legal viability of company initiatives.
- Collective Relations:
- Support the preparation of meetings with staff representatives, including drafting invitations and reviewing minutes.
- Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of collective agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of documents required under French law.
- Legal Research and Monitoring:
- Conduct legal research and monitor updates in employment law.
- Ensure compliance with legal, conventional, and jurisprudential developments.
Candidate Profile:
- Master 2 graduate or recent admission to a French bar with a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment law.
- Strong team player with excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
