Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and communicative Sales Support Specialist to join our Paris-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll provide exceptional support to our merchants, partners, and sales consultants, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support to our clients, addressing their queries and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales, sales operations, business development, and international support teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Support customers in understanding our payment solutions, products, and services, and guide them through the account opening and customer due diligence process.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and conduct sales based on customer needs.
  • Monitor day-to-day business, including technical and commercial support, and complaints.
  • Establish and maintain contacts with existing and new customers to provide support and guidance.
  • Process information in Zendesk, CRM, and internal operational systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center, telephone support department, or similar high-pace environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and affinity with mobile information technology or telecom.
  • Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
