Supply Chain Planner Specialist for Claims Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner Specialist to join our team in France. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing claims related to Hyundai Connect, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with carriers and dealers to resolve conflicts and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles
  • Monitor and update fleet damage tracking files in real-time
  • Work closely with logistics service providers to minimize delays and ensure efficient claims management
  • Coordinate damage repairs with repair shops and track progress
  • Provide exceptional customer support and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings with Hyundai & Kia
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
