Supply Chain Planner Specialist for Claims Management

Your Mission

As a growth-oriented company, we are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner Specialist for Claims Management to join our team in France. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient management of claims related to Hyundai Connect, linking claims to responsible carriers for spot transportation, and providing customer support in resolving conflicts between carriers and dealers.

Your Profile
  • Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution between multiple parties (e.g., customers, carriers, and dealers)
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with vehicle damage repair processes and logistics operations
