We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Project Assistant Intern. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Recruitment and Engagement Manager to facilitate various recruitment initiatives within our distribution sector. Your responsibilities will include reviewing monthly performance reports for our group's concessions, assisting in candidate evaluations, engaging in diverse projects, processing expense reports, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze monthly performance reports for 127 group concessions
- Assist in the recruitment process by evaluating candidates
- Engage in various projects related to talent acquisition and employee training
- Process and validate expense reports
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in management, business administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in commerce and employee development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in interview methodologies
- Fluent in English
