Join OpenText, a global leader in information management, as a Senior Account Executive for our Enterprise IT Operations Management Software portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading pursuits in focused territories, driving campaigns to build the pipeline, and using specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pursuits in focused territories and drive campaigns to build the pipeline
- Use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities
- Work closely with the extended sales team, including PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management, to build effective Opportunity and Close plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Application Owners, and Service Managers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively sell large, complex solutions
- Good communication in English language and fluent in French
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales
- Strong understanding of IT operations management, DevOps, and hybrid IT solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
