Role Summary
The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VC&A) team is focused on delivering impactful financial solutions for our clients, including financial institutions and merchants. The France & Belux Consulting Practice within VC&A specializes in providing consulting services tailored to the needs of issuers, acquirers, and merchants in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. We leverage our extensive knowledge of the payments sector to help clients achieve their business objectives, drive growth, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant in our strategic consulting practice, you will:

  • Contribute to the delivery of consulting initiatives and identify potential opportunities with major financial institutions.
  • Develop actionable insights and solutions to support clients in expanding their portfolios.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various functional areas to execute projects effectively, utilizing Visa's comprehensive resources.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to enhance client performance and guide strategic priorities across different sectors.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to be in the office for a specified number of days each week, based on business requirements.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a prominent management consulting firm or a similar role within financial institutions, demonstrating successful project delivery and expertise in consulting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize financial indicators to assess business performance, with a focus on ROI.
  • Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving methodologies and familiarity with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • A technology-oriented mindset, staying informed about digital trends and applications.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • A willingness to travel as needed and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
