Role of the Consulting Partner

Vs Consulting Company seeks experienced Consulting Partners who can leverage their delivery, technical, consulting, and commercial expertise to ensure the successful execution of Professional Services projects. This role is pivotal in facilitating the adoption of our solutions by clients.

Candidate Profile

  • A distinguished graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 15 years of experience in delivering Professional Services and/or technology solutions within an enterprise software environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate productive relationships and maintain alignment with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a larger account team to develop and implement complex account strategies.
  • Experience in crafting solutions for large-scale, technologically advanced clients and/or enterprise market customers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level software architectures, application development methodologies, and operational considerations.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work as required.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages (such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German) being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR growth and enhance client adoption of Vs Consulting Company solutions.
  • Facilitate revenue realization from Professional Services.
  • Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction within Professional Services.
  • Manage and communicate operational relationships with assigned clients.
  • Oversee key client projects, ensuring effective communication with project teams and stakeholders regarding status, issues, risks, and objectives.
  • Lead internal and client meetings with comprehensive documentation and diligent follow-up.
  • Manage project documentation, communications, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Monitor metrics related to infrastructure performance and service requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present service reports to clients.
  • Develop and implement relationship roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements within both the client and Vs Consulting Company.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and document improvements.
