Role Overview:
As the Strategic Performance Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with top management to define and refine Unlimitail's strategic direction in our 8 geographies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer behavior, and competition to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose strategies to maximize the company's efficiency and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key interface with the executive committees of Carrefour and Publicis, ensuring thorough preparation for Board meetings with shareholders.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Strategic Performance Manager who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Education: Master's degree from a top business or engineering school.
- Experience: > 3 years of experience in project management or consulting projects. Consulting background with knowledge of the Retail Industry is highly appreciated.
- Skills: Perfectly fluent in French and English, Spanish is highly appreciated. Strong problem-solving skills and rigor. Polyvalent & analytical and synthetic mindset. Strong senior stakeholder management, change management, interpersonal and project management skills.
