Product Owner – Unified Communication and Workspace Management

At L'Oréal, we're revolutionizing the way we work with our cutting-edge Digital Workplace services. As a Product Owner for Unified Communication and Workspace Management, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, driving innovation and excellence in our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Unified Communication and Workspace services, aligning with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products, ensuring seamless user experiences and meeting security, data privacy, and sustainability requirements.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and use cases to create user-centric product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with Employee Experience teams to collect and understand internal customers' needs, ensuring our services meet their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in unified communications, workspace management, and product management.
- Minimum + years' experience in similar positions, with a strong background in product management and unified communication solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects and define realistic action plans.
- Strong project/program management skills, with experience in responding to tight timelines and adapting to changing contexts.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, business, and technical areas.
- Strong business and customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
