Digital Workplace Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Digital Workplace team, focusing on Unified Communication and Workspace Management. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs, pain points, and use cases to create user-centric product features and enhancements.
- Service Definition and Standardization: Qualify solutions to enrich our catalog to standardize services and solutions, ensuring they are well-applied across L'Oréal.
- Backlog Management: Be responsible for the backlog, organizing activities in the team to reach milestones, identifying risks, and defining action plans to mitigate them.
- Service Quality and Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service quality.
- Communication and Promotion: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, roadmap, and launches, and define the best ways to promote services.
- Experience: + years' experience in similar positions, with in-depth practical experience delivering Unified Communication solutions.
- Skills: Strong capacities to analyze, simplify, and define realistic action plans, innovative mindset, strong adaptation capacities, strong project/program management skills, strong English level, ability to communicate effectively, good interpersonal and influencing skills, strong business & customer service mindset, analytical and strategic thinking, empathy, active listening, negotiation & conflict resolution, adaptability & flexibility, creativity & innovation, leadership & influence, time management & organization.
